Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time.

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these timeframes are indicative and may be extended during peak periods, public holidays or due to logistical circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Method and Carrier
For deliveries within the UK, Violet & Charles London works primarily with Royal Mail, a trusted and reliable delivery service. Depending on the destination or the nature of the order, an equivalent logistics carrier may be used.
All orders are dispatched with tracking, allowing you to monitor the progress of your parcel through to delivery.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. These costs may vary depending on the destination and the selected delivery method. In the case of a promotional offer, such as free delivery, this will be automatically applied when the relevant conditions are met.
Shipping Liability
- Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered as delivered.
- Violet & Charles London cannot be held responsible for parcels reported as delivered by Royal Mail or any other carrier.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details when placing an order.
- Any address error or modification must be reported by email within 24 hours of placing the order.
